Our Story
Welcome to Hestia
Named after the Greek goddess of the hearth and home, Hestia represents warmth, nourishment, and the gathering of loved ones around good food.
our Story
Our Journey Began with
a Simple Wish
Hestia was born in a Lebanese family kitchen.
When Hind became the first of three siblings diagnosed with celiac disease, eating outside the home suddenly felt unsafe. What started as a necessity quickly turned into a mission to recreate the foods she loved in a way that was safe, beautiful, and just as delicious.
Together with her sister Marina, a nutritionist, and their mother Dalal, the family began making everything from scratch. Cakes, pastries, and the Lebanese classics they grew up with slowly came back to life in a new form. Dalal spent years perfecting traditional recipes, while Hind brought creativity and artistry to every detail. With Marina’s knowledge of nutrition and celiac safety, each product was developed with care and intention.
From this shared journey, Hestia came to life. A fully gluten-free, celiac-safe bakery built on trust, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of what it means to feel safe enjoying food again.
"Everyone deserves the simple joy of fresh-baked goodness."
