Our Journey Began with a Simple Wish
Hestia was born in a Lebanese family kitchen.
When Hind became the first of three siblings diagnosed with celiac disease, eating outside the home suddenly felt unsafe. What began as a necessity quickly became a mission: to recreate the foods she loved — safely, beautifully, and without compromise.
Together with her sister Marina, a nutritionist, and their mother Dalal, the family began rebuilding their favorites from scratch — cakes, pastries, and beloved Lebanese classics. Dalal spent years refining savory and heritage-inspired recipes, while Hind brought her artistic eye to Hestia’s sweet creations. Guided by Marina’s scientific understanding of nutrition and celiac safety, every product was developed with both precision and care.
From that shared challenge, Hestia was born — a fully gluten-free, celiac-safe bakery rooted in science, craftsmanship, and empathy.
